Van Holten's Boldly Pickling Story!
Van Holten’s story began in 1898 in Milwaukee, WI. Dutch immigrant, Jerry G. Van Holten, had a dream to create his own successful business by becoming a vinegar distributor. Pretty soon, he expanded and added sauerkraut and pickle products! It wasn’t long until the Van Holten family developed the original Pickle-In-A-Pouch in 1939.
Today, the Pickle-In-A-Pouch is still around and better than ever before! Van Holten’s Inc. has taken the individually pouched pickle and turned it into the perfect snack for any grab-n-go adventure.
